Most of our stocked items comply with EN10219-1 and EN10305/3-5 production standards. These are cold-formed, high-frequency welded tubes made from hot, black or pickled rolled strips, but even from cold or galvanised rolled strips.

We are in the position to provide: round profiles with a diameter from 8 mm to 323 mm; square profiles with sizes from 10×10 mm to 200×200 mm and thicknesses ranging from 1.0 to 10 mm; rectangular profiles with sizes from 15×10 mm to 250×150 mm and thicknesses up to 10 mm. Upon request, we can also supply tubes with larger diameters, sections, and thicknesses, as well as hot-formed tubes that conform to the EN 10210 standard. Additionally, at Carboni Steel, we offer DC01 and DC04 grade tubes suitable for bending and/or chroming, which are ideal for complex processing needs, thanks to their high elongation values.

Our tubes cater to various markets, enabling us to provide profiles with specific technical characteristics suitable for the processes carried out by our customers, such as cutting, bending, deep drawing, welding, coating, galvanising, and more. We serve a specialised clientele across industries like: automotive, furniture, industrial applications, transportation, ceramic, construction. All our profiles are available in standard commercial sizes and, based on customer requirements, we can provide tubes in fixed lengths and with internal finishes, for example, by removing weld seams.
