Flat, round, square, angle, and l-shaped rolled products

Rolled steel is produced using an iron-carbon alloy that, after exiting the blast furnace in continuous casting, undergoes an initial solidification process followed by primary rolling. These plastic deformations, further enhanced by subsequent rolling processes to achieve the required dimensions, alter the material’s structure, increasing and varying its tensile strength and hardness. At Carboni Steel, we supply a wide range of rolled steel products in various shapes and sizes to customers in both domestic and international markets. Our main offerings include: flat bars with widths from 15 to 400 mm and thicknesses up to 50 mm; round bars with diameters from 6 to 200 mm; square bars with sizes from 8 to 100 mm; angle and l-shaped profiles with sizes from 15×3 mm to 200×18 mm; T-shaped steel with sizes from 20 to 100 mm; U-shaped steel with widths up to 300 mm.

We provide a vast array of products, including S275 grade steel but also a wide selection of S355J2 grade steel. The S355J2 grade stands out for its higher yield strength and improved mechanical resistance, with a tensile strength of 510 N/mm², compared to 430 N/mm² for S275 steel. Additionally, S355J2 structural steels feature a minimum impact resistance of 27J at -20°C, qualifying them under the J2 classification standard.
